I can see room for some tweaking but I def can’t complain. I was satisfied all week, not hungry, felt great and lost 5 pounds. (The not hungry part is probably the best!!) Once I got the junk out of my system, I had no cravings or obsessive thoughts about food for the first time in who knows when? Somebody high five me quick!! lol!
So, for the week, I averaged 32 points (roughly 1600 calories) and 12,459 steps. 
Ok, this is just the start. It won’t amount to a hill of beans if I don’t continue. That, of course, is always the challenge. But I’m hopeful. More hopeful than I’ve been in a long time. I’ve seen these ladies & gents on here work hard and achieve their goals and I know it’s possible for me too. (And you… my buds who are losing!)
But I want to say… had it not been for this site & the awesome Wildcat team, I would have never done this well. Thank you Wildcats for all the inspiration, motivation & butt-kicking!! I love you guys!!
And oh… no small little detail here … the Wildcats lost 32 pounds!! Wooooooooooo!
